Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ProveMyApp at provemy.app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use ProveMyApp.

Who can use ProveMyApp

You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding agreement. If you use ProveMyApp for a company, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

Your account

Keep your login secure and your details accurate. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

What ProveMyApp is

ProveMyApp is a community and public directory for app founders that displays growth metrics pulled from analytics and revenue services you connect. We show the numbers your connected sources report; we don't audit or guarantee their accuracy, and metrics may lag, cache, or change.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post — your profile, apps, messages, guides, and links. You grant ProveMyApp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to run the Service, including showing your public profile and, for verified milestones on public apps, posting a short note from our X account. You're responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to share it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Fake, inflate, or manipulate metrics, or connect data you don't own or have rights to.
• Spam, flood, or automate posts, messages, follows, or requests.
• Impersonate anyone, or use a username or content that is deceptive, hateful, or unlawful.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, break, or probe the Service or its security, or evade rate limits and access controls.
• Post malware, illegal content, or infringe anyone's rights.

Connected services

When you connect a third-party service, you confirm you're allowed to and authorize us to read the relevant metrics. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. You can disconnect at any time.

Fair standing

Leaderboards and verified badges are meant to reflect real results. To protect that, we may hold, smooth, adjust, or hide numbers we believe are gamed or implausible, and we may remove content or accounts that violate these terms.

Suspension & termination

You can stop using ProveMyApp and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, harm other members, or create legal or security risk, and we may remove content at our discretion.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that metrics are accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProveMyApp and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose, or $100 if you paid nothing.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves and will revise the date above. Continuing to use ProveMyApp after a change means you accept the new terms.
